This morning I read a newspaper article which talked about Air New Zealand's new manual for their cabin crew, apparantly it needs to be laid down in writing that poor hygiene, sweaty armpits and nasal hair are a no-no, in the customer service field!

Alas, it happens to the best of us! Many a Hollywood starlet has been snapped by the paparazzi sporting an unsightly damp patch under arm!
