I'm not afraid to admit that I have a penchant for "Chick Lit", I know it's not cool, and I do belong to a book club where we read more literary offerings, but I just can't help it, there's nothing quite like a glass of wine, a packet of maltesers and a good old frothy girl's read to make my evening perfect!

Several years ago, I was lent a copy of "The Secret Dreamworld of a Shopaholic" written by Sophie Kinsella, and have, as more books have been written in the series, followed with glee the shopping exploits of Becky Bloomwood. So you can imagine my delight when I found out a movie has been made, hurrah. What's more the costume designer for the movie is Patricia Field (Sex and the City), so it will no doubt be a fashion extravaganza! The movie opens in NZ on 12th March, sure to be a great girls night out!
