"Soko" is a newly established accessories label, designed in New Zealand, by the very talented Leah McCann.

Despite no formal design training, but with a good creative eye and a keenness for art and fashion, the 25 year old has leapt into the circuit with her wonderful handbags! Leah was previously a manager of a retail store in Wellington whose buying trips introduced her to the right contacts to bring her inspired creations to fruition.

Leah was determined from the beginning of her venture that she would create good quality handbags, using good leathers. Accessories that were practical as well as stylish! She has certainly succeeded; the red fabric interiors mean you're not digging around in a black hole! There are numerous thoughtful touches to each of the bags that just make using them a pleasure!
