One of my friend's hosted a Floozy party, how is this arranged?
We currently run Floozy parties in the Nelson area, if you live in this area and would like to host a Floozy party, please email kate@floozy.co.nz and we'll happily arrange a suitable date with you. As the hostess you provide the guests, drinks and nibbles, (we provide the party games!) in return you will receive a hostess gift and 10% commission on all sales taken on the evening. Please note that member's discounts cannot be applied to purchases made at Floozy parties.

What payment method can I use when ordering from the Floozy website?
We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard and Visa). For orders originating in New Zealand payment can also be made by direct credit or by cheque. If you choose to pay by credit card your order will be processed immediately. If you choose to pay for your Floozy purchase by cheque or direct credit your order will be shipped once payment has cleared.

How secure are my credit card details when I pay for my purchase online?
If you pay for your Floozy purchase by credit card, online, the transaction is processed through Westpac and Direct Payment Solutions, this means that Floozy does not store or have direct access to your credit card details. If you wish, you may review Direct Payment Solution's Privacy Policy at checkout, here you will find details of the encryption procedures used to protect the security of your credit card information.

Does Floozy deliver overseas?
Yes we are happy to accept orders with delivery to Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, USA & UK. We charge $30.00 shipping to Australia & $70.00 to other destinations listed. Target delivery is approximately 2 - 6 working days depending on destination. If your country of residence is not listed please email floozy@floozy.co.nz with details of the item(s) you would like to purchase, we can then advise whether we are able to ship to you & the associated cost. Do you offer a lay-by service?
Yes, please see our Terms and Conditions for full details of our layby policy. Unfortunately, layby orders cannot be processed online. If you wish to place an item on layby, you must order by telephone, please dial 03 545 2646.

As a Floozy Member you will automatically benefit from an immediate 10% loyalty discount storewide, (this discount applies only if you have joined up before your purchase, and cannot be applied retrospectively). By joining up you will also be subscribing to our newsletter so we can keep you up to date with new stock arrivals, special promotions and sales. Becoming a member enables you to keep a wishlist and we securely store your address details to make future ordering easier.

I have access to a computer at work, where I have viewed the Floozy website, but I cannot use it to place an order. How can I make my Floozy purchase?
You may telephone our Customer Order Line, 03 545 2646. Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 6.00pm and Saturday, 9.00am until 12.00pm. Where we will be happy to take details of your order. Should you select to pay by credit card, we will require full card details. Once your credit card transaction has been processed your credit card details will be destroyed.

The site mentions new stock coming in regularly. Can you keep me updated?
Certainly. To be sure that you don't miss the arrival of our ever-changing stock you can become a member. As new items are ordered and new Designers are added to our collection we will let you know their launch dates. Additionally, you'll be given advance notification of seasonal sales & promotions, so you can be at the front of the queue.

I will be unable to log in immediately prior to my wife's birthday. What can l do?
Should you wish to place an order some time prior to the special day you may like to take advantage of our gift-wrapping service. At checkout simply state the date you would like your selection delivered, add your personal message and we will despatch the gift-wrapped item together with the personalised card and endeavour to have it delivered on the day you have requested.

I saw an item l wanted on your site yesterday, when l logged in today it was no longer showing. Is there a problem with your site?
If you can log into the site then all our available products will be displayed. As with many Designers, our suppliers collections are made to order in extremely limited numbers and as a result the stocks we hold are small. We do try to anticipate the needs of our customers but once a season's run has been delivered to us it is often impossible to reorder. If there was an item that particularly interested you, but is no longer displayed, please contact floozy@floozy.co.nz and we will let you know if it is possible to obtain further stock.
