When you join our Members Area, subscribe to the Floozy Blog, create a wishlist, or place an order, we collect information such as your name and email address, so that we can tell you about new products and services, sales, promotions and other Floozy events that may interest you. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, and anything else that might enable us to personalise your shopping experience.

We'll also collect your email address when you order from the site so that we can send you any necessary information related to your purchase, such as an order confirmation notice.

To process and fulfil your orders online, you will also be asked to provide us with your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details on the Floozy site. We do not share credit card information with third parties, except for the purpose of processing payment for products you've ordered and as required by law.

We also examine site use and traffic to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer. Floozy Ltd appreciates that it must store and use client information responsibly. Floozy Ltd will not rent or sell your email address for any reason. You may at any time request that you be removed from our mailing list. To do so, please send an email message to unsubscribe@floozy.co.nz and we will happily delete your details as per your request.
