Terms and Conditions

The terms & condition of sale that apply to your purchase of Floozy Limited products are set out below. Placement of an order with us is confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions, together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

1. Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives in faulty condition please follow the returns policy procedure. Floozy will happily replace the item and refund the cost of returning the faulty goods.

If the item has developed a fault since you have been enjoying it, please email us quoting your sales invoice number at floozy@floozy.co.nz.

As with all seasonal designer collections much of Floozy's stock is made in extremely limited numbers. Therefore, it might not always be possible to replace like with like. However, we will endeavour to satisfy your alternate wishes.

2. Accurate Representation

To ensure an accurate representation of all items stocked Floozy takes great care with photography and all descriptions of our range of accessories. Please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website. If you are unhappy with your choice, please feel free to return the item following the returns policy.

3. Currency and Payment

All dollar amounts shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars. All conversion costs to New Zealand dollars upon ordering a Floozy product are at your expense. Payment is accepted by Credit Card, (Mastercard and Visa). Cheque and Direct Credit payment are also accepted for orders originating in New Zealand.

4. GST

If you live in New Zealand, GST is already included in our price. Overseas customers will not be charged GST, (this will be deducted at checkout), but may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country of residence.

5. Layby Sales

We can offer layby on any item that is not reduced in price at the time of ordering. Items are held for 3 months from the date of purchase. The minimum deposit is 20%, a further payment must be made within two weeks and the final payment within 3 months. If final payment is not completed within 3 months, the item will be returned to stock, the buyer having the rights laid down in The Layby Sales Act, 1971.

A service fee (not exceeding the initial 20% deposit) will be charged on all cancelled laybys.

All layby orders must be placed by telephone, please call 03 545 2646. Monday to Friday 9.00am until 6.00pm or Saturday 9.00am until 12.00pm. Alternatively email kate@floozy.co.nz to arrange your layby.

6. Membership

Floozy Members qualify for a 10% loyalty discount storewide (this discount applies only if the purchaser has joined up or logged in prior to checkout and cannot be applied to any order retrospectively).

7. No Warranty

Floozy does not manufacture the products it sells. Therefore, Floozy does not warrant that any Floozy Products are fit for any specific purpose. However, it is Floozy's policy to ensure that all products meet Floozy's high quality and style standards before a new product is added to its sales range.

8. Disputes

These terms and conditions and any dispute relating to the supply of Floozy products shall be determined under the laws of New Zealand.

9. Definitions

Us and we means Floozy Limited. Floozy Products means all products sourced nationally and internationally and which meet Floozy's style and quality standards. Floozy means Floozy Limited a limited liability company incorporated pursuant to the New Zealand Companies Act 1993. Floozy Limited has its registered office at 72 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, New Zealand.
